Grappling (NoGi)
Our Grappling sessions are grounded in NoGi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with a balance of positional control, escapes, submissions, and takedowns. This class is ideal for anyone wanting to build real ground skills, whether your goals are self-defence, MMA, sport BJJ, or improving performance in Rugby League. Some sessions include wrestling-based drills or MMA integration, but all are beginner-friendly and structured to give you a solid base in submission grappling.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi)
Gi BJJ teaches you how to control and submit opponents using the kimono (gi) for grips and strategy. Our Gi classes follow a structured curriculum under our affiliation with Team L.E.A.D. and Professor Daniel Almeida. Classes include technique breakdowns, positional sparring, and full rolling rounds, with pathways for grading and competition. Whether you're new to BJJ or working toward a Black Belt, you'll develop strong fundamentals and composure under pressure.
Rugby League Clinics
Our Rugby League-specific Grappling Clinics and Workshops are designed to give players a competitive edge on the field. We focus on body control, tackles, offloads, wrestling for position, and mat fitness. Perfect for the off-season or preseason, these sessions help Rugby League athletes build strength, timing, and movement that translates directly to gameplay.
